Situation
The house is located in the north of the Dominican Republic, 5 minutes driving from the center of the tourist village Las Terrenas belonging to the province of Sámana and is built on a plot of 4000 m2.
Cosón beach is listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in Sámana for its preserved nature and its proximity to the city.
You can enjoy the sunset right in front of the sea from the tropical garden. The particularity of the villa is that all rooms have sea views.
The villa has its own generator set (in case of interruption) to guarantee the best service and comfort of its occupants.
